The classic CONWIN model for latex and foil balloons. Choose the valve: Soft-Touch – push-operated, with an extension tip that makes small 5″ and 260 modelling balloons easy to inflate; Flex-Tilt – tilt-operated, without the tip. Both control the flow and inflate latex and foil alike; if you work with small or modelling balloons, take the Soft-Touch.
The gauge is optional: it shows how much helium is left, so you can estimate how many balloons remain.
