Renting a helium cylinder in Riga: contract, delivery, swap

You rent the cylinder and buy helium under a supply contract. The shop drafts the contract, the cylinder comes by car, and an empty one is swapped for a full one after a call.
How the rental works
The cylinder stays the shop's property and you pay a monthly rental fee for it. Helium is bought separately – per refill, under a supply contract. The shop drafts the contract with prices, VAT and terms when you pick helium for a refillable cylinder in an order; you confirm it on the site and receive it by e-mail together with an advance invoice.
It is a contract with an obligation to pay: helium is delivered once the invoice is paid by bank transfer. The first time the cylinder arrives filled; after that an empty one is swapped for a full one.

Delivery, swap, return
A refillable cylinder does not fit a parcel locker, so it comes by car; you can also collect it yourself at our pickup point, and then there is no delivery fee on the invoice. When the helium runs out, call or write – we agree a time, bring a full cylinder the next day and take the empty one. The rental can be ended with a month's written notice; the cylinder then goes back to the shop.
You need a regulator
Gas in the cylinder sits at 200 bar, and balloons are filled through a regulator – it is not included, you buy one or use your own. All our rental cylinders have a 24.32 mm thread; a regulator from another supplier may need an adapter. A disposable cylinder needs no regulator – the nozzle is in the box.
Who rental pays off for
If you inflate balloons regularly or hundreds at a time: the price per balloon is then several times lower than with a disposable cylinder. For a single party with a couple of dozen balloons a disposable cylinder is simpler – no contract, nothing to return, delivered to a locker.
